I worked as a elementary teacher in Romania for about 13 years. I used to work differentiate and with a combination of classes. From the training I received, I learned methodics, how to teach math, science, physical education, arts, and develop other skills. I am patient and know child psychology. After that, a student is best served by having their teacher guide their mental processes so that they become accustomed to the mode of thinking that either results in the correct answer (in a quantitative subject) or a strong, well-reasoned argument (in a qualitative one).
