I am thankful that I had some "hard" teachers and professors throughout my education. I have honestly grown to understand the importance of success and how nothing worth having comes easily. My approach to learning is straight forward. Who? What? When Where? How? Learning should be fun. However, I donot believe in holding anyones hands. I have always enjoyed teasing and using humor in teaching all ages of student. I have seen the value of basic, solid math and English skills in the market place and would add basic occupational application to any tutoring environment. My goal in tutoring is to guide the student to gaining confidence in their skills. I have learned through critiquing lyrics online that the best way to tutor is not to rewrite but to suggest alternatives and guide my fellow writer as they rework their lyric.
