My comments on tutoring Geography : I've always had a knack for maps and places.

Very ealry on in college my English professor recommended me for tutoring English. I am not an expert, but I found I was good at helping people with their writing.I also tutored beginner Russian students while I was studying at UVM. I also helped my Russian professor correct homework and tests. outside of school, I have a good year of experience substitute teaching and was often recommended for one-on-one assignments.
I do my best to lead the student to an answer or solution rather than telling them what to do. I do my best to find out the students learning style and adapt to his or her needs

Experienced. Effective. The logical choice.

I have always enjoyed teaching others sharing my love of learning. I find it most effective to use a variety of methods to successfully teach information. It is my belief that all students can learn. However, students have different learning styles; therefore, a teacher needs to be creative and discerning at times in order to help.
