My comments on tutoring Geography : I have taught advanced geography for many years.

I have retred after 33 years of teaching. 32 years of primarily teaching history or social studies subjects. I also have 15 years of teaching in schools for the deaf, there is some overlap of deaf education and social studies education. I am National Board Certified as a teacher. I believe that most students can do well in History or other subjects if they are taught the subject material and studying skills.
