I am a patient, supportive, and experienced person

I believe that having the student engaged and with a hands-on approach is the most effective with lots of practice and support for questions and trial-and-error on their own. I understand that each child has a unique and different learning style and pace, and may need adaptations and modifications based on the skill or subject being taught.
I have worked with students with disabilities of all ages for the last 6 years, and before that worked in daycare and retail.
