I have been an educator for the past 8 years, serving as an elementary teacher, middle and high school teacher, and ESL teacher. I have also taught online and in a tutoring company. I am a big believer in individualized instruction, and I think tutoring is one of the best ways for a student to learn. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a qualified teacher in both Elementary Education and ESL. I have a master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language and 6 years of teaching experience at a university in the Middle East. For the past year I've tutored Germans in English, tailoring lessons to individual needs. My strengths are in grammar, writing, and listening skills. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy teaching and do my best to make learning fun and easy for my pupils. I approach lessons by letting the student realize how and why the lesson is important and how it relates to their lives. I firmly believe everyone can learn; the style in which they learn may differ from others, but given the correct approach, all teachers/tutors can be successful.
With my Bachelor's degree, I began tutoring through Reading Success and conducted private tutoring of Georgia History. I progressed to teaching English, Spanish, and some Special Education Resource classes at the High School level, and continued to teach lower level English classes at a local college along with reading in an Adult Continuing Education program through another college. My writing skills have been sharpened as I edited and wrote articles for newsletters, newspaper releases, and in an administrative capacity.
