I have a participating style where the questions are presented, I understand how to arrive at the right answer then I show the student how I got the answer I have taught military tactics to Soldiers as an NCO since 1998. I was certified as an Advanced Individual Training instructor in 2009. As an NCO, I am responsible for the welfare of those in my charge and several of my former subordinates have called me for advice even though they have other leaders. My teaching style is one focused on hands on. I set up one class in Del Mar where the students developed a Web site for an outside nonpropfit client for free in one semester.
