Working with children of all ages has taught me just how important education is. Reading and writing is especially important and they will need it in their everyday life. Every child deserves a good education and nothing would make me happier than to provide that to them. I am a caring person, always putting myself last. A Little Bit About Me...

Along with my educational background I was a Girl Scout Troup leader for three years and a volunteer for the American Lung Association and American Heart Association. I enjoy working with kids and contacted Barbara Kline of the Utica School District and started working in the Tutoring program with her for four years. While in the tutoring program I assisted students from elementary school and highschool in reading and writing comprehension. I throughly enjoyed this work and would love the chance to do it again. There is nothing like seeing a child's face when they understand and accomplish something that they thought was literally impossible.
