Experienced Educator Available To Tutor

I taught high school English for three years. My students ranged from far below basic to advanced. My students consistently showed improvement in their standardized test scores and over 95% of my students passed the course. Also, Over 95% of my sophomore passed the CAHSEE. In addition to my high school experience, I have been tutoring adult learners for the past three years, becoming the program manager two years ago. I have a history of maintaining high scores and would rather show why something works than how to follow steps. I don't expect students to love math or do it "my way" but I want students to know math isn't scary.
