As a Youth Leader at a local ministry I am always challenged to find new ways to help my young people study for their exams as well as remember key points for essay questions. Especially when they come from home enviroments or neighborhoods that are known to have low high school graduates and high dropout rates. I have utilized my Social Worker degree to help my young people conduct research presentation, science experiments and the arts. I enjoy helping my young people find the skills within to understand their assignments. Find ways to related their assignments to their daily activities or their future hope and dreams. I am a structured person and have a very organized approach to all of my tasks at hand. I am very capable of dealing with children and rewarding them with praise and encouragement when warranted.
