I have experience both tutoring degree level students in Geophysics and in mentoring junior programmers in programming C and C++. At school my strong math lead me to win the physics prize, and I continued with my interest in quantitative science through to my doctorate. Since attending college, I have been infatuated with teaching. I have been actively involved in Church youth work for the past twenty years. During that time I have mentored two to three high school students per year in algebra, chemistry, biology and physics.
