Finance is one of my top subjects! I have both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree majoring in finance. I have incorporated economic ideas in finding solutions to company financial statements. I like to forecast and prepare budget for a company. Forecasting needs to incorporate educated estimates on how the company plans on moving forward. It is an important skills for all companies to use to work toward their goals and respond to market forces.

My teaching style needs to respond to the needs of the individual. There are several styles of learning so I need to understand the individual to best know how to teach them the skills they need to pass the course.
I have worked in several different types of industries from hotels, restaurants, travel, mortgage companies, transportation, banks, theater, real estate and other primarily service businesses. Most of my interests lie in the financial and accounting parts of these businesses because of the importance of not only being able to present an accurate picture of the company's condition at only one time, but also to make sure that there were no mistakes, thefts being covered up, or other discrepancies. Very large companies have had loans go bad due to the improper accounting of transactions by the business owners.
