Began tutoring career with Del Mar College at age 17, and kept up the work independently until now (23). Won Math Student of the Year at Del Mar College in 2010. Won 2nd Place at the Second Annual Coastal Bend Engineering Competition. I've taught various math, science, and Spanish courses in substitution for professors and teachers. A Little Bit About Me...

Upon graduting from college, I became an after-school tutor, grades 4-6, focusing on all levels of homework and emphasis on students who had particular needs. I entered the teaching field in 2005 as a high school English teacher in grades 9 and 12. I learned extensive outlets and skills in regards to test preparation, research, grammar, and real-world applications. My second and third year teaching was in an academy setting focusing on law. I taught grades 9, 10 and 12. There I was able to learn legal gargin, community involvement with our students and their education, and law papers. Over the last few years I have tutored in research writing, TAKS preparation, math of all levels, writing and other subjects.

I love Teaching. I believe that Teaching is an art where i can meet and communicate with different people whose learnig skills are differed from one person to another. My principle of teaching follows four major ways as Listening, Understanding, Reading and Applying. I enjoy teaching by involving the students in the art of learning and applying the knowledge.
