Piano is one of my top subjects! I have taught piano for two years. I have taken lessons for ten years and played with choral groups, soloists, and musical groups. I have composed music as well as done arranging.

I started piano as a young child for over ten years. I perfomed in several piano Guild judgings and came out well each time. I also taught piano for several years and put together many piano recitals for my students. I love playing all kinds of music. Jazz and blues are one of my favorites, but I love classical. Each type of music has a different touch and it is a challenge to learn each type of music. I love playing and enjoy helping others master this skill.
I like using many different ways to learn. We are all different in how we learn and taking different approaches helps to take that into account. I like learning to be fun as you learn more when you are having fun.

After earning a bachelor's degreee in Psychology and receiving my Elementary Education certification at Gonzaga University in 2007, I worked at Mario Umana Middle School Academy teaching environmental education in Boston. I currently work as a teacher's assistant in a Supported Learning Center program for students with Asperger’s Syndrome. I work one-on-one with high school students in the program, assisting them with work in math, science, English and social studies. Additionally, when I was in high school, I worked as a math tutor for algebra students.
