I have earned two bachelor degrees, BA in Elementary Education and BA in Special Education-MR, LD, ED, which has enabled me to gain an understanding of children with special needs. In addition, I have learned extensive reading skills due to the extended course work I have taken. During the past 8 years I have tutored students in reading skills and comprehension strategies.
I love working with children. I believe that all child can learn. Some may need different way or even different materials to find academic success. A Little Bit About Me...

Although I have taught in a regular classroom setting, I have found that I am most successful working one-on-one with students. I love that in tutoring I can push students to understand their gifts and thus achieve their full academic potential.
