I am a hands on teacher. Most of the students I have taught, have not reached the analysis state of learning. This has always been my goal, to teach the student to think for his or her self. I do not give extensive lectures, I find that it just befuddles the student. I give facts to learn, and the we apply those facts to a hands on setting for application. I believe this backs up the theoretical book learning, and gives the student confidence in the work he or she does.
