PASSED CONTENT TEST, Graduated from Upper Iowa University, Waterloo, Iowa with BS in Business in 1996. Been Substitute Teaching since 2003. Worked for many ISD in 7 years of being a substitute, like Natalia, Lytle, Devine, and charter schools as well. Along with being substitute currently tutor as a for San Antonio Technology Academy in Algebra 1, 2, and Geometry. I have substituted from 3 year olds to Seniors in High School.
Teaching Style
Helping children with math applications are considered very important in our environment here in the United States of America. Many people do not have the same passion for helping students understand the reasoning for mathematics. I have learned how to assist in the math process (in any environment - Middle School, Jr. High or High School Students.)
The one thing I learned from the Certification process and 7 years of being in the classroom, you do have to have the enjoyment of working with all kinds of children with their gifts and talents. Utilizing the talents of the children makes math alot more fun and enjoyable for for both the class and the individuals.
