Younger students I like to teach through play due to the fact that I am a firm believer that children learn through play. I have been studying education since my high school graduation in hopes of one day being the choir director at my high school.At the moment I am a student at UTEP studying bilingual elementary education and plan to receive a masters in music education after receiving my bachelors degree. Learning phonics is one of the most challenging aspects of learning to read in English because it's very different from learning to read in Spanish, where almost everything is written just as it sounds.
