I have been drawing for 60 years. I beleive I can show anyone their specific strong points to work toward a goal of accomplishment. I go down the path of the students direction and try to help shape their vision that could lead to their goal. Ive been involved in the visual graphic arts for 50 years. I have done every thing from airbrush t shirts in the 60s to build a huge sculpture for a local hospital. Ive worked with every material available to the public.Currently have a sculpture studio. I have become very familiar with the differentiated instruction model of teaching students. Each child has an individual way of learning and it is up to the teacher to discover that way and lead or drive instruction with that in mind. As a teacher with dyslexia I felt that I was unable to teach reading to my students. I went in search of more training and found Alphabetic Phonics a Orton Gillingham program. I have sense used what I learn in the almost 160 hours of training with 11 students and seen progress in all of them. I love working with children and helping fulfill their potential.
