My goal as a teacher is to "fit" the material that needs to be learned into each student's character and mindset. Everyone excels at something -- it is my job to find out what that is and how to make that work so that new material can be incorporated. I have assembled a wide variety of experiences during my years of work and education. I have worked as a journalist, advertising copy writer and designer; and teacher of adult learners in the areas of fine art, art history, and garden design.
