My teaching philosophy is focused on teachers being facilitators for students to construct their own knowledge and making learning relevant and purposeful to the students. When teaching, I think about each student's individual learning styles and adapt my lessons to fit those needs. I really try to make learning fun and make sure students understand why they are learning something.
