I just graduated from Miami University with a degree in Middle Childhood Education with a focus in Language Arts and Social Studies. My comments on tutoring Creative Writing : I've been writing since 2nd grade; I won a story contest in elementary school and was also published in the University of Cincinnati Medical School's World AIDS Day bulletin (2007). Writing is a beloved pastime of mine as well as an inherent strength.

Hello! I earned my Bachelor of Arts in psychology (3.5 GPA) in 2012 and have been tutoring English; ESL; reading; writing; and more for 8 years. I began as a volunteer through my university's writing lab, per recommendation by a cherished professor. Successful test prep retired English teacher

I recently retired from the HOPE School of Hamilton City Schools. The HOPE School is a credit recovery school that helps students get caught up for graduation. Students who are too far behind to complete graduation in a timely manner are given GED tutoring. I was in charge of this tutoring and tutoring for state standards tests. We had a 100% success rate in these areas.

I went to Princeton High School, and took American Sign Language throughout my high school career. My senior year, I also mentored a fellow student who was deaf when she came to my school for a class. I also took courses at UC and recieved a certificate in Deaf Studies. I have also interacted with a few deaf people over the years.
