Sign Language is one of my top subjects! I have a B.A. in ASL. I was taught by Deaf professors and have many Deaf friends. I have worked as a Deaf advocate and am aware of not only the language but the culture, history, and social issues in the Deaf community.

I am a well experienced tutor, since this is something I've been doing since the seventh grade. I also am proficient in language itself; I took courses in linguistics during college. I began my ASL education in high school. In December of 2014 will have completed my A.A. in American Sign Language at Montgomery College in Rockville MD. During these years at Montgomery College I have volunteered for many interpreting opportunities. I have interpreted two movies for my professor, interpreted presentations lead by guest speakers at Montgomery College and I interpreted a musical called Breast In Show (October 2014). Resident Artist and an ASL PRO.

I am a resident artist. I have been an artist for the last 12 years. I have sold my art works in cafes and galleries in cities in: Washington, DC, Chicago, Milwaukee and Virginia.
