My comments on tutoring English: My English skills are exemplary, though I am rating myself with "I know the basics" because I have never taught it directly, though my general teaching background has included a significant amount of English tutoring.
I have significant experience teaching and tutoring over the past 15 years, from the time I began college and was a lab assistant during chemistry labs, through supporting myself through college by tutoring, and finally teaching numerous college and university courses over the last 10 years. I am able to express myself and the concepts being taught very well, and students seem to enjoy my style and enthusiasm. Science and mathematics are the most incredible subjects ever created by humans, and the scientific method is the means by which humans remove or greatly reduce their biases, and thereby arrive at the truth of the underlying reality of the universe.
