After an opportunity to assist a professor in administering a freshman course, I applied to teach high school in Pasco County. I taught world history and psychology for one year before returning to school for my Master of Arts degree in History. I continued tutoring on the side, but spent most of my time assisting professors in the Department of History at Winthrop University as a Graduate Assistant where I edited exams and papers for undergraduate students. I am adamant to maintain a high level of excellence in education. I have earned a B.A. degree in history and an M.A. in secondary education with a concentration in social studies. However I provided assistance to the teachers and mentored the children that had potential, but didn't have the extra push in life to motivate them to be more. I worked at Billie Hardee Home for Boys in Darlington, SC as a volunteer I provided teen age boys the assistance in tutoring them with math, reading, and science. A Little Bit About Me...

There have been numerous studies showing that different types of learning exist, and it is my belief that each individual student needs to be taught through adaptive teaching methodologies. I believe that everyone is unique, and each student needs to develop their own style of learning. It is the job of the educator to discover those different styles and implement a teaching method that is most advantageous to the student.
Having earned a bachelor's degree in Theology and Apologetics with superior academic achievement,I have challenged myself academically, and developed excellent writing and argumentative skills.
