I enjoy teaching very much. I think a strength trying to use a student's active content or prior knowledge to connect to material. I enjoy teaching very much. My style is based on discovery method. I use a series of questions and hints to help the student probe the mind to find the answer that the student may already know. Learning needs to be fun and exciting and I try to make learning fun. I want the student to be excited and have a sense of accomplishment that the student has learned a lesson well when the lesson is finished. As a teacher, classroom experiences have made me realize all students do not learn the same fashion. Some students are more aggressive and advanced but there are those who are silent and will not speak out about difficulties understanding competencies. I prefer not to embarrass those students but give them the opportunity to learn one-on-one. While some students have a difficult time with teacher/student ratio, I like to give the option of working with another student who may understand the content and can teach another peer.
