I have recently completed a Master of Arts in Teaching, where I concentrated on secondary biology. I have a Bachelor of Arts in biological anthropology with a minor in biology. I have worked as an informal environmental educator for about 2 years. This experience includes working in a state park and well known museum in Philadelphia. I would say that my teaching style is very interactive. Anyone can give instructions but I love feedback from a one on one situation as well as a group environment. I base alot of my instruction on analogies; when a person can relate an experience or another word to a term being tought, their understanding is broadened and 99% of the time embedded in the longterm memory.
