Elementary Math is one of my top subjects!

Math & Test Prep Tutor

When I was in high school I had a lot of anxiety about math. I went back to college late in life and I was terrified that I would have to take a few math courses to graduate. It wasn't long before math was my favorite class and I changed my major. When I was in school I helped a lot of my classmates with calculus. Success with confidence is my goal.

I have raised a mentally disabled child and assisted in her education. I have home-schooled three children for brief periods to assess their abilities when the schools graded them lower than their abilities. I discovered one is a genius (MENSA material) with a writing problem, another has a photographic mind, the third could speed read naturally. I spent time building their confidence that they had lost in the classroom. They were caught up to their current grade at the time and advanced 2 of them ahead a year in one year.
