Self professed perfectionist and perpetual learner. Several leadership positions involving teaching children and managing groups. In college I focused on writing and editing with a creative outlet involving poetry and some acting. I have a student now that I am helping with AP English who has dyslexia. I enjoy watching her grammar skills increase and her overall understanding of the concepts develop. A Little Bit About Me...

In teaching I am basically a generalist and humanist. My background is in mathematics and the sciences, but with a solid foundation in the humanities. Practically, I have never stopped learning something new and in addition to my formal credential I have done university course work in languages, forestry, animal husbandry, and sports training.
