I studied French for two years at the University and although I never lived in a French-speaking country, have acquired a great deal of experience in language. I am competent at teaching at beginner to intermediate levels. Of course grammar is important, but the main goal can be to help students understand and be understood. In addition, learning a language should be fun! In the past 30 years, languages have been my passion. I have worked as a teacher, proofreader/editor, and also as a translator.
