I enjoy teaching others and helping them excel in their studies. I can relate to younger students because I have a six year old who required extensive help in the area of reading. She was one of my greatest achievements because I had to research a way to communicate on her level of understanding and yet make it interesting and fun. I went to public schools in East Detroit, Michigan. In eighth grade I set a personal goal to attend the University of Michigan. I never had private tutors. My strongest subject is math. Mr Learmont, my junior high school history teacher would frequently say, "Take care of these books and these books will take care of you." It was that inspiration that raised me to love learning and in turn teaching others.
