At Purdue University I took all Engineering degree mathematics courses. In addition, I took five statistical cources, three of them were graduate level. At AlliedSignal, I received a week's training to teach three day courses in Total Quality Leadership to employees. Over the course of one year, I conducted twenty four courses with a partner facilitator. One company I worked for was a supplier to Caterpillar.
