I have wanted to be a math teacher for as long as I can remember, so while I was in high school I would help out my friends, or neighborhood children. Once I got into college, I started helping out in tutoring centers and private companies. For the last three years, I have taught at the Cal State Channel Islands, while I was working on my Masters degree.
I believe that every child has the ability to learn, and do well in school. I also realized that what might work for one student, won’t always work with another, so being able to adapt to each child is something I love to do.
