Genetics is one of my top subjects! A large component of my graduate research utilized population genetics to answer fisheries questions.

I successfully completed a B.S. in Marine Biology from the College of Charleston in 2004. During my undergraduate career I was able to participate in a research cruise at sea and conduct independent research. I later worked for the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, Marine Resources Division, conducting research in a variety of fields including mariculture and stock enhancement. I have recently graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Biological Sciences with a minor in Genetics.
