I attended Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, one of the top 2 school in teaching in Michigan. In college, I tutored Biology and Chemistry. Most of my Chemistry students still thank me today for getting them through the course and into the nursing program. I graduated with a BS in secondary education,Biology with a minor in Chemistry. In the beginning being a doctor was all that I desired. Helping others, tending to their wounds and etc was my dream. It wasn't until I had the honor of tutoring others that I realized, my passion to teach was equally as strong as my passion for medicine. I feel no child is incapable of learning. As long as one remembers that everyone is different, and that each person brings a different amount of prior knowledge with them.
