I had no intention of teaching when I started my career in Psychology and the Analytical Chemistry industry. My style is to teach a concept during the one on one session with me. I then give them homework to reinforce the learning on personal time. In the following meeting I revise what we learnt in previous session to ensure they understood before proceeding to next topic.
