Ever since I was introduced to American Sign Language (ASL), I have been deeply fascinated in the language and its speakers. I have not been a tutor for a few years, although I currently volunteer with the International Rescue Committee in Salt Lake by assisting program workers teach english speaking and reading skills to new refugee immigrant women.
