While studying Physics at Iowa State University, I first discovered my love for teaching and tutoring and have been doing it almost continuously since then. I worked for the ISU Academic Success Center helping groups of 1-4 students learn calculus and calculus-based physics for 3 semesters. They always left my sessions understanding the subject better and gave me the highest reviews possible. Later, after briefly attending grad school, I went to Mexico and taught for a year. In my time there, I worked at both a private language school and as a 9th grade teacher at a private school.
