I believe that through education comes the ability to better individual lives and the society that they live in. My style of teaching stems from an establishment of mutual respect and trust between the educator and student. There should also be mutual respect and trust between the students. No student should be left out and all should be treated equally. I feel it is the responsibility of the educator to provide a safe environment for optimal learning and a sense of belonging.
