I do a demonstration while I lecture on a particular point, i.e., perspective, form, light, color theory, etc., then let them have time to execute a given assignment in class. I enjoy teaching and helping children; after I graduated from Chico State I started my teaching career at Grace Christian Academy teaching sixth grade. I have been substituting for the last 10 years at different K-12 schools in the area. I have spent my spare time coaching baseball and football at both East Nicolaus and Wheatland High School.
