For 20 years I worked for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, as a fifth through 7th Grade classroom teacher. I taught all of the academic subjects in various combinations, sometimes all at once to a self-contained class. This not only aids in prose development, but also communication in all forms. I believe that all children are capable of understanding parts of speech and writing well.
