I received my undergraduate degree in Spanish from UNC Charlotte in 2010 in Spanish and Latin American Studies. During my undergraduate career I traveled to Costa Rica for a total of 6 months as part of a study abroad program. After completing my undergraduate degree I returned to Costa Rica for 5 months to teach English at a language institute. In May of 2013 I graduated with my Master's degree in Spanish from UNCC. During my Master's I was a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant. My comments on tutoring Spanish : conversational, vocabulary

I like to put my students in situations they would face in their travels whether is business or pleasure and teach them how to manage those situations using the spanish they learn with me. There is a lot of conversation and vocabulary clases before we hit the " field"
I was born in Valencia Venezuela, and lived there until I moved to the United States in the 80's I graduated with a Business Administration Degree and I have worked for bank of America teaching/tutoring executives in conversational spanish and vocabulary before schedule trips overseas. A Little Bit About Me...

I generally teach through visual aids and through very thorough explanations. If the student doesn't understand the first time I explain something, I will explain it in a different way and will keep explaining it in different ways until he/she fully understands what's being taught. I try my hardest to teach by explaining concepts logically and showing WHY and HOW, rather than simply saying something is what it is "just because."
