Organized ESL teacher adept at developing up to date curriculum and resources. I like to teach classes using activities based on different language needs. Learning is more effective if it is fun and relevant.

I'm currently working at a psychiatric treatment facility working with teenagers with behavioral, psychological, and emotional problems as a counselor. My job is to help these unfortunate teenagers and providing helpful advices to help them coping/improving their treatment. This mean that I actually interact and talk to each teen and get to know them in person. In doing so, I'm able to gain better insight on how to help them more affectively and personally.
Depends on the student learning style. Some learn better with visual aid, some learn better bases on real life example or application. Teaching style is accommodated according to each learner

A total learning experience

I believe every student can learn, and as a result incorporate a variety of learning techniques to address a variety of learning styles.
