I am a recent graduate from the University of Florida from the College of Education with a BA in Elementary Education. I entered the ProTeach program during my junior year at UF. I have been exposed to a lot of teaching strategies and ideas that have been used in the classroom from the past until the present. I had the opportunity to use these practices in actual classrooms by developing lesson plans to teach elementary students. I have the experience of being the teacher in the classroom and working with students one-on-one with reading and math.
