Since coming to the Charlotte region in 1996, I have had a wide variety of experiences as a language teacher, having taught in public, private, homeschool, summer school and tutoring situations. Although my primary focus is teaching French, I have also had the opportunity to equip students in Spanish I and II to continue with their language studies. Passionate about providing students with cross-cultural experiences, I have been the lead teacher on five different homestay trips to France with students from grades 5-11, as well as coordinated homestays for visiting French students with families in the Charlotte area.
