Algebra II incorporates subjects slightly different than algebra I. It does, however, get a bit more complex with the introduction of the Complex number system, logarithms, and polynomial functions. Nothing to stress though, as it uses the same foundations of Algebra I I think the easiest teaching style is to show students how every concept relates. How it relates to other subjects previously learned, why it relates to the real world and why should it relate to school. When teaching a student, i try to help them understand the concept of the lesson before trying to explain the procedure. Once i have explained the concept to them, I show them how to work out the problem. Once I have walked them through a few problems, I let them try to do a couple on their own, until they get stuck.
