Experience Summary
I believe my experience falls directly on the amount of effort I have put into the subjects. Coming from another country ad having a lack of communication due to an absence of knowledge of the English language, I have battled my way through school. I have had to put the time and effort into every subject I learned and will not hesitate to share that knowledge with any other student. My experience and abilities are demonstrated really by my efforts and quantity of knowledge of the subjects.
Teaching Style
I think the easiest teaching style is to show students how every concept relates. How it relates to other subjects previously learned, why it relates to the real world and why should it relate to school.
My Hobbies
Soccer and basketball. I love sports and seek to do these activities to rid of stress but also as a way to have fun and enjoy life.
Other Comments
I vow to try my hardest at teaching the subject matter in a way through which you(The student) fully interprets the information and can remember it not only for a flash, but rather a lifetime.
Algebra |
Proficiency: Expert
|
Algebra I is the foundation of any further math subject. The ability to interpret graphs, the ability to solve equations regarding a variable is a must have in order to advance into any other math subject. This is really, the foundation of math. |
Algebra I |

Algebra II |
This is one of my top subjects!
Proficiency: Expert
|
Algebra II incorporates subjects slightly different than algebra I. It does, however, get a bit more complex with the introduction of the Complex number system, logarithms, and polynomial functions. Nothing to stress though, as it uses the same foundations of Algebra I |
Calculus I |
This is one of my top subjects!
Proficiency: Expert
|
My personal favorite. We interpret graphs and slopes along with the slope of the slope. Otherwise Acceleration. This is one of my best math subjects. I passed both semesters of calculus I with A+, not to mention honorary certifications for showing excellence in this field. |
College Algebra |
Proficiency: Expert
|
College algebra is really ALgebra I & II. There should be no stress about this subject if the student knows algebra I & II. |
Geometry |
Proficiency: Expert
|
Angles. They are everywhere. From the angle at through which you are sitting, as to the angle of a shadow cast by a tree. I am an excellent Geometry tutor, having passed both semesters of it with A+. |
Pre-Calculus |
Proficiency: I know the basics
|
Pre-Calculus introduces the idea of limits and Derivatives. Limits will test your ability to interpret graphs along with its continous or discontinous domain. I never really took this course as I jumped straight into calculus but I believe my abilities in Calculus will be of great help in this subject. |
Spanish |
Proficiency: Expert
|
I was born in another country and learned this language at its fullest. I can read, writ and speak this language with precision. I passed ADVANCED PLACEMENT SPANISH AND CULTURE test with a score of 5. Meaning I am very well qualified for this subject. |
Trigonometry |
Proficiency: Experienced
|
Ahh Trigonometry. Not my favorite although I really got to love the triangles. Trigonometry is much harder to understand and will require a bit more preparation towards the subject matter |
