My teaching style is to help students find the answers on their own. By asking a series of questions you can help students to find their own answers and express them in their own way. By doing this you not only teach them a subject, but you teach them the more important skill of knowing how to learn. I believe all students, from pre-school to doctorate level possess the same capacity to learn. The challenge for educators is to find the style that works best for each student.

I have never directly taught children, but I have 2 kids who I help everyday with their homework and they are in junior high and are in all advanced classes.
