Languages have been an essentiasl part of my life. Having spoken English and Spanish as a child, I added French after living and studying numerous years in France (French high School) and Switzerland. I added German at the University (this is my least used language) but traveled quite a bit througout South America for International work. My strategy to learning unknown subjects is very close to the same way children learn to walk, by immersion. Everything we learned as children was assimilated through watching, mimicking and attempting. I believe personal experience and learning are very close and in teaching I try to keep that in mind.
