I love teaching! Seeing a student’s eyes light up, as they first understand a new concept, is very rewarding. I am a very patient and easy-going, yet focused. I take the time to be sure a student truly understands something before we progress. I feel that instruction needs to be tailored to the student. Every student has the potential to achieve if taught in a way that meets his or her needs. A Little Bit About Me...

I have successfully acquired a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Painting from Central Washington University. Last May in Seattle, I submitted and displayed my work at an art show. I am presently working on my next collection to show in the near future. Since beginning my life in Fine Arts, I have been Sharing my knowledge and learning from my friends and family, like the Impressionists who talked over coffee in Montmartre. My experience with teaching maybe informal, but it is real. Just recently, I have taken and passed the CBEST test and I am now working my way towards becoming a substitute teacher.
